Important: Credits purchased in REFA AI are digital products and are generally non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Policy
All credit purchases are considered final sales. Credits are digital products that are immediately available upon purchase and cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part prevented you from using purchased credits
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase
- Unauthorized Purchase: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made
- Service Unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period after your purchase
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused credits (credits do not expire)
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Credits used before refund request
4. Refund Request Process

- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
7. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights for digital products, those rights apply.
